Eleos Health
The Goal
Eleos Health is a company founded with a focus on automation of the behavioral care workflow. Our project focused on developing a solution for patient adherence to their therapy appointments and Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ) check ins. Our team decided to take a mobile app based approach to solve this unique challenge.
The Personas
Our user personas included two major groups: patients and providers. Both subsets of users had separate needs and values that our team had to incorporate into our solution.
The Solution
Through literature research and user questionnaire/interview, our team was able to prototype a mobile app that included PHQ-9 testing, provider check ins, as well as a graphical and metaphorical representation of the patients journey with mental health. Our approach was heavily gamified to encourage user adherence and engagement while using encouraging language to uplift the user during their experience. See the full final presentation below.
